If you delete your account, your account is frozen and archive on our system. Your unique identifier (your phone number) cannot be used to create a new account or new Kontraks. If you delete your account and want to reactivate it, you will need to contact us at contact@kontrak.social. We will need to manually verify it is you by checking a phone bill and cross referencing a new selfie against one held on the system. For security and privacy will not be able to see any historical Kontraks you created – just in case the user is not who they say they are.
Please note, if you have created Kontraks with anyone, and if they are still Kontrak Social users, they will still have record of it however, so always make sure you do your best to complete Kontraks in good faith.
